Fight Empire, operated by Harede Studios, provides gym-management and membership services for Fight Empire members and staff.

Information We Collect

Depending on how the app is used, we may collect:

• Names and phone numbers

• Account usernames and user IDs

• Member age and weight

• Membership, subscription, attendance, and purchase information

• Payment methods and payment amounts

• Event, expense, and other information entered by authorized staff

• Temporary device location when staff use Punch In, Punch Out, or attendance verification

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Authenticate users and manage accounts

• Manage memberships, classes, attendance, and sparring bookings

• Process membership and one-session records

• Generate gym and financial reports

• Send relevant app notifications

• Protect the security and integrity of the service

• Provide support and respond to requests

Location is used only to verify that staff are at the gym during attendance actions. We do not retain a location history.

The app may request camera permission for membership or QR-code scanning. We do not retain users’ camera images.

Information Sharing

We use Supabase to provide authentication, database hosting, and secure backend services. We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for targeted advertising or tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide gym-management services, maintain account history, or meet legitimate business and legal requirements. Requests about account or data deletion can be sent to the contact email below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
